This prevents logging on the deployed windows VM. Likely a permissions issue as the logs only contain the line: 'Could not set secure permissions on storage folder, local storage is disabled' Removing configure_telemetry function call works around this issue.

Likely a permissions issue as the associated logs only contain the line:
